The servers and storage behind it all
Designed and run the infrastructure behind the platform: a six-node Proxmox cluster brought up from bare metal, with IPMI remote management and a container per service, kept running 24/7.
They run the web app, database, radar processing and mapping engine, with three NAS systems: a 24-bay TrueNAS box for the strike and radar archive and backups, a Synology DS423 for the SATREPS project and a ZimaCube Pro. Two Ubiquiti gateways tie it together, an Enterprise Fortress Gateway at the SATREPS site and a Dream Machine SE at the lab, with a USW Pro XG 48 switch behind the EFG and a USW Pro Max 24 on a 10 GbE backbone. Remote Raspberry Pi and PicoScope stations reach home over 4G and WireGuard.
